SINOCURE® 127 is a highly efficient free radical type I photoinitiator with low volatility, low odor, and high activity which could combine with acrylic monomers to initiate the photopolymerization of unsaturated prepolymers such as acrylates. It is suitable for UV inks and clear coatings, especially for thin coatings.

Application :

  • SINOCURE® 127 is suitable for low viscosity coating formulations such as clear, inkjet ink, flexographic ink,etc with low sensitivity to oxygen inhibition and good surface curing effect.


  • SINOCURE® 127can be used for clear varnish and topcoat with odor requirements with low volatility and odor after solidification.


  • SINOCURE® 127 can be used alone or in combination with suitable initiators, for UV curable inks and semi transparent systems.


  • The recommended dosage：

Clearradical coats
1.0 – 6.0 %
Free- systems inks2.0 – 5.0 %, combined with SINOCURE 379 or SINOCURE 819,etc.
Cationic systems inks0.5 – 2.0 % combined with SINOCURE 250,Etc.
