● Solvent-based UV cure
● Good long-wave leveling. Prevent orange peel phenomenon.
● Excellent ability of anti-cratering.
● Fast leveling speed.
● High temperature resistance. Could recoating.
● In systems where silicone additives cannot be used, they are often used as anti-shrinkage additives.
● The excellent anti-cratering effect in common UV primer, does not affect re-coating. It should be noted that it is not applicable in UV vacuum electroplating primer, which will affect re-coating.
Should be diluted with suitable solvent. Could be added at any stage of the production process, including post addition.
Addition to total formulation 0.1-1.0%
